It’s another exciting day at the Kindly by Kelsea HQ because this beautiful brand for a Greenville, SC realtor is officially out there in the world! While Realtors aren’t typically in my creative client base, the moment Jennifer shared her love for Art Deco-inspired design, her admiration for funky typography, and her heart for the real estate industry, I knew we would be GREAT together.
Guide to Greenville encompasses so much more than a real estate service - it’s an all-inclusive resource for anyone interested in learning about the latest hot spots in the area or seeking information on smart home buying and selling. Jennifer has poured her heart and soul into this brand, and it was a true honor to work alongside her for such a special launch!
When it came to inspiration, we landed on a bold, vintage-inspired style to mirror much of the aesthetic commonly found in signage, aesthetics, and homes in the Greenville market. The design reflects the modern expertise and vigor behind the brand, while a uniquely custom logo and graphic elements set the brand apart and speak to the story that make it so special. A color palette of rich greens, mustard yellows, and a sleek, professional black offer a gender neutral appeal that’s nurturing, sleek, and approachable.
The Guide to Greenville logo MAYYY be one of my all-time favorites for it's use of unique typography and a special Art Deco-inspired key, symbolizing Jennifer’s courageous approach to real estate. It’s playful and modern, catching the eye of anyone who comes across it. One of the unique challenges of this brand design, in particular, was cultivating a logo that would work for BOTH the Guide to Greenville name and Jennifer’s personal brand identity. We opted to keep the overall look the same, for recognition purposes, swapping out the names and taglines for her secondary logo. Similarly, her brand submark can be seen as the interlocking G or a JW monogram (which, I must admit, this little mark is my personal obsession!)
Her brand patterns, like her logo, capture the essence of 1920s inspired time frame with a geometric-inspired look. I couldn’t love this blueprint pattern more if I tried!
